After doing her internship with Dr. Grider, Ariel joined our team in 2011. She loves getting to know our patients and creating a bond with them. She feels that many have become her friends and enjoys seeing them in the community. Ariel assists the doctors with various dental procedures. She supports the doctor and patients at the same time. Ariel has also qualified for expanded functions, which allows her to place fillings and make adjustments.

Ariel and her husband Eric have a little boy, James. They’re animal lovers and have a dog and cat. The family is active with Middle Tennessee Baptist Church, where Ariel and Eric first met.
