Our staff is trained and skilled, and each member of our team has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars taught at the annual American Dental Association session.

Kelley – Office Manager
Kelley is Dr. Grider's wife and office manager. She is also a Registered Dental Hygienist and Dental Assistant. She attended Indiana University School of Dentistry, where she and Dr. Grider met. She enjoys scrapbooking, camping and skiing. She is an active member of Rutherford CABLE and at her church. Kelley and Dr. Grider have three sons, ages 6, 4 and 1.
Esther – Hygiene Coordinator
Esther coordinates all of our hygienist's appointments. She has been working in the dental field for ten years. Esther has five children and five grandchildren and is expecting her sixth grandbaby in July 2012. She is an active member of her church and church choir and enjoys spending time with her family.
Jill – Registered Dental Hygienist
Jill has been practicing dental hygiene for over five years. She graduated from a Dental Hygiene program at John A. Logan College in Illinois and has previous experience as a Dental Assistant as well. Jill served for four years in the United States Air Force. Jill and her husband have two children. In her spare time, she enjoys photography and spending time with her family.
Ariel – Registered Dental Assistant
Ariel graduated from a local Dental Assisting program this summer and has been with our office since completing her externship here. She is a newlywed and enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs. She is also actively involved with her church.
Angely – Registered Dental Hygienist
Angely has been practicing dental hygiene for four years. She graduated from Tennessee State University and she enjoys fishing, scrapbooking and Titans football.
